Refund & Policy 

All products will be shipped within 2-7 business days, unless it is a custom order. Depending on what the customer is after, it may take longer but they will be kept up to date with all notifications. 
If a product is broken, customer has 14 days to provide photo evidence for their refund. Within that 14 day period, customer can also send back broken product to be fixed/replaced. 

WHOLESALE/CUSTOM ORDER
If wholesale/custom order is placed, a deposit will be asked for before any further action is taken. Once deposit is placed, order will continue on until finished. Once wholesale/custom order is finished, the rest of the payment will need to be paid before wholesale/custom order is sent off. 
If customer chooses to cancel wholesale/custom order, they will receive their refund back unless items for the wholesale/custom order has already been purchased, which the customer will be kept up to date about.
All customer information provided will be kept confidential! 
Standard post cost is $10 and will come with a tracking number. Express post is $15 and will also come with a tracking number. If the customer chooses to split their order, the customer will have to pay an extra $10 per post box.
